2026 Annual General Meeting

Thursday, May 28th, 2026 at 6:00PM

*Registration to attend the Virtual AGM is a two-step process*

Step 1: Pre-registration
Pre-registration is required and will open on May 11, 2026 and close on May 25, 2026 at 11:59 pm. Mid Island Co-op members in good standing* must submit a pre-registration request by visiting www.midislandco-op.crs, or by scanning the QR code below.

*Only members in good standing on the date of record of April 28, 2026 will be eligible to attend the virtual AGM and vote.

Step 2: Registration for Virtual AGM hosted on Microsoft Teams Webinar
Eligible members who have pre-registered in step 1 will receive a follow-up email with final registration details on how to attend the virtual AGM, which be hosted on the Microsoft Teams Webinar platform. The follow-up email will also
include an AGM package with the AGM Rules of Order, Agenda, Reports, Financial Statements, Resolutions, and New Business, as well as intructions on how to acess the AGM from a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

All members in good standing are welcome to attend the virtual AGM and vote. Scan the QR code or click the link below to access pre-registration.
