The meeting will be held virtually on Thursday, May 29th, 2025 at 6:00 pm.

Any proposed Special Resolutions regarding changes to the Rules of the Association must be received in writing by email to resolutionscommittee@midisland.crs by Monday, April 14, 2025.

An online election to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors will occur ahead of the AGM, with results announced at the AGM. Director nomination packages are available at the link below. The completed nomination form along with all supporting documents must be received by no later than 5:00 pm on Thursday, April 3, 2025.

Registration is required to attend the AGM and vote on AGM business, as well as to vote in the online director election. Registration will open on May 12, 2025 and close on May 26, 2025. During this period, a registration link will be available at www.midislandco-op.crs.

Only members in good standing on the date of record of April 29, 2025 will be eligible to vote.
