Registration is required to attend the virtual AGM. 

All members in good standing are welcome to attend the virtual AGM Registration will open on May 12th, 2025 and close on May 26th, 2025 at 5:00PM. During this period, a registration link will be open and available here:

A detailed AGM member package will be shared electronically ahead of the meeting with members who have successfully registered. This package will include the AGM Rules of Order, Agenda, Reports, Financial Statements, Resolutions, and New Business.

Only members in good standing on the date of record of April 29, 2025 will be eligible to vote.
