2026 Annual General Meeting
Meeting will be held virtually on Thursday, May 28th, 2026, at 6:00PM.
Any proposed Special Resolutions regarding changes to the rules of association must be received in writing by no later than April 13, 2026, by email to: resolutionscommitee@midisland.crs
Online election to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors will occur ahead of the AGM, with results announced at the AGM. Director nomination packages area available online at www.midislandco-op.crs. The completed nomination form along with all supporting documents must be received by no later than 5:00pm on April 2, 2026.
Registration is required to attend the AGM, as well as to vote in the director elections and on AGM business. Registration will open on May 11, 2026, and close on May 25, 2026. During this period, a registration link will be available at www.midislandco-op.crs
Only members in good standing on the date of record of April 28th, 2026 will be eligible to vote.
